It’s true. PB and Chocolate are this way. But first…

It’s almost Christmas!

What are your plans this year? Are you staying home or going somewhere?

I’m in Palm Springs with my fella for Christmas this year, my parents are here as well so we’ll be spending it together.

Which makes me so happy!

My family has had a very challenging year, so it feels wonderful to have a relaxing Christmas away from the hustle and bustle of it all. I’ve planned everything and we’re keeping it simple with dinner out on Christmas Eve and then Christmas Day will be catered by Whole Foods. I love that my mom is NOT cooking.

EASE is the theme this year for Christmas and New Year’s.

What do you want your Christmas theme to be this year?

I know the holidays can be highly emotional and at times very stressful. So it’s EXTRA important to take time just for you. Carve out time each day to breathe slowly in solitude, to move your body, to enjoy foods that make you feel nourished, do them all or pick one. Keep it simple, just don’t forget about YOU during the holidays. You deserve all the love.

Ok, and now moving along to the peanut butter and chocolate!  This is my favourite combination when it comes to sweet indulgences. I know I’m not the only one who swoons when peanut butter and chocolate ANYTHING come into sight at the market. If you’re looking for a holiday baking recipe that’s healthier AND still taste delicious, I’ve got you covered.

The recipe below is for Vegan Double Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.  The recipe is EASY, enjoy!

To each of you reading this post, I wish your a VERY Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
