Well it all starts with how well you take care of your mind, body, and spirit. You are the only one with the power to make yourself look younger, and believe me, it’s not that hard once you build it into your lifestyle. I have 3 secrets that I’ll share with you today to have you looking and feeling youthful and happy!

 

3 Secrets to Look 10 Years Younger:

 

1. Sleep. This is the number one thing you can do to wipe years off your age. I’m going to assume you don’t smoke, and if you do, please stop;) Begin to spend more time in bed! Yippee. Aim for 8 hours per night, and go from there. I know for myself personally I feel best after 8-9 hours per night. And I make sleep a HUGE priority in my life, as you know I walk my TALK 100%.

2. Exercise. No surprise here! Moving your body on a regular basis has so many health benefits it’s incredible. Movement also makes you feel happy, and happy looks good on you! Aim to exercise 3-5 days per week.

3. Nutrition. You are what you eat. What you eat matters. And it really matters if you want to look young, fresh, and healthy! Aim to drink 8 cups of water or more per day. Eat foods that are fresh, whole, and natural. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible.
